With reference to your letter 19751 dated the 13th ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that on the recommendation of Sir Robert Rawlinson C.B. we have selected Mr Samuel Thomas Moore and Mr. William Richardson Court, to fill the posts of Overseers of Buildings in the Public Works Department of Hong Kong, and they will be prepared to leave England about the end of the year.
